Net Insight is defining new ways to deliver media through a transformation to IP, virtualization and cloud workflows and has built the market’s most open and cloud-ready media delivery platform.
We are now looking for an Human Resources Generalist to contribute to the People Agenda.
In order for Net Insight to succeed with our ambitious goals, we need to work actively with our internal culture, endorsement of employeeship, enable and grow agile leadership and help the organization attract and retain key competence etc. In short, HR plays a crucial part in Net Insights success. To further strengthen our team, we need a hands-on HR Generalist with a broad, general experience within the HR field.
We are a small HR team working administrative, operational and strategical in a global context. You will have the opportunity to be involved in HR matters covering the whole employee lifecycle. Together with the HR team you will also help develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Some of HR's focus areas for 2022 are attract and retain within tech, compensation packaging internationally, culture, leadership/employeeship and L&D.
As HR Generalist you will focus on managing daily HR-operations and HR-related questions. You will be the HR point-of-contact towards a smaller business area and those managers. The role has emphasis on questions related to compensation & benefits and will act as super user to our HR systems.

The position is a permanent employment, full time and based at Net Insight’s headquarters (declared "Office of the year" 2019 by Newst) in Stockholm.

We are looking for a structured, action-taking and data savvy HR professional.
Net Insight is a fast moving organization and at HR, It is not unusual that our HR department faces new situations where we must gather information and find creative solutions. You do not need to know everything from start, but you need to know where to start looking and independently take action.
To be able to do so we think that you have a bachelor/ master within Human Resources (or another area that together with HR working experience is considered equal) as a ground to stand on. To feel comfortable with maneuvering the wide range of tasks you’ve most likely worked within HR in a broad role across multiple HR areas for a couple of years.
You have experience from working with HR systems and it is a big plus if you have special interest in data analytics.
Our Swedish HR department provides support globally and if you have knowledge within American labor law you will have an advantaged.
