We're thrilled to announce the expansion of our Customer Success team and are on the lookout for a passionate and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join us.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Our Customer Success Managers serve as crucial liaisons between our customers and Net Insight. They frequently take on the responsibility of being the sole point of contact for all operational concerns, guiding the entire process from start to completion. The Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless deployment and maximizing the value derived from our products.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Smooth Customer Onboarding: Ensure a seamless introduction of Net Insight solutions and products into customers' environments, guaranteeing a smooth onboarding process.
- Manage Operational Customer Lifecycle: Provide ongoing support to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. This includes assisting with new product introductions, certifications, product improvements, and operational fine-tuning.
- Deliver Comprehensive Training and Support: Train and empower customers to maximize the usage and performance of our products and solutions in their unique environments.
- Monitor Operational Performance: Track customer and Net Insight operational performance to keep customers continuously engaged with our products and solutions in the most efficient and effective manner.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
To succeed in this role, you’re an ambitious and result-oriented personality, known for generating positive energy. You should excel at project forecasting, adapt swiftly to changing priorities, and thrive under pressure. Exceptional communication skills and a forward-looking, customer-oriented approach are essential. Your technical proficiency will be a valuable asset in this role.
To find this role a good match, we believe you come with:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant technical area
- Experience in customer delivery
- Strong customer-facing presence and communication skills
- Knowledge in video transport, broadcasting, and data communication
- Technical competencies in networking, Linux, cloud technologies, and security applications
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, Docker, Kubernetes, and virtualization environments
- Excellent knowledge in English, both writing and speaking
It’s meritorious if you also have:
- Knowledge of the Nimbra portfolio, Waterfall/Agile methodologies, and Grafana
- Background in a dynamic industry with continuous upgrades
- Technical expertise in solution architecture, technical management, development, or systems integration.
