ABOUT THE POSITION
As a valued member of the Customer Success Unit, you will play a crucial role in providing Support, Training, and overseeing Customer Projects. This includes working closely with R&D, Support, and Customer Success Management teams, actively contributing to collaborative efforts and sharing valuable insights. Your primary focus will be on crafting and delivering comprehensive training programs for our cloud-based broadcast and synchronization products. This will enable you to equip our customers with the knowledge and skills necessary to proficiently integrate, support, and optimize these solutions within their own environments.
Content Development and Customized Workshops: Curate comprehensive training materials for both standard product courses and customized workshops designed for specific customer needs.
Customer Training and Support: Provide expert guidance to customers, ensuring they maximize product performance and achieve optimal results within their unique environments.
Seamless Onboarding and Integration: Spearhead the onboarding process to guarantee a seamless transition and effortless integration of Net Insight solutions into the customers' operations.
Cultivating Trusting Customer Relationships: Cultivate enduring relationships with our customers, founded on trust, expertise, and professional conduct.
Continuous Competency Growth: Improve personal proficiency by collaborating with customer support, projects, and contributing to business development efforts related to the training portfolio.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
As a Technical Training Engineer, it's more than just expertise; it's the art of connection. Soft skills take center stage in this role. With confident and engaging presentation abilities, you'll inspire audiences. Your exceptional listening skills ensure you not only understand but effectively address customer’s' questions. In our global environment, patience is your ally, as you work with people individuals possessing diverse technical knowledge and backgrounds. Your adaptability ensures no one is left behind. Moreover, collaboration with both developers and marketing is pivotal. You'll keep our messaging on target while ensuring technical accuracy.
To find this role a good match, we also believe you come with:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
- Background in telephony (operator or provider level)
- IT expertise with cloud experience
- Industry knowledge of cloud, IP, or broadcasting technologies
- Familiarity with 5G, Grafana, Net Insight Products, IT routers, Linux platforms, Kubernetes, and IT security/firewalls
- Enjoyment of content creation (e.g., YouTube, Twitch, Instagram reels)
- Experience in Waterfall or Agile project methodologies
- Previous training experience
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
