Net Insight is seeking a Support Engineer to join our Stockholm-based Customer Success Unit. In this role, you'll provide technical support for our advanced cloud-based broadcast and synchronization solutions, train clients, manage product integration, and ensure smooth client onboarding. This role combines technical savvy with customer interaction, ideal for those passionate about driving technology forward and ensuring client success.

- Provide technical support for Net Insight's synchronization products
and other cloud-based broadcast solutions.
- Train customers for optimal usage and ensure peak performance of
products and solutions.
- Facilitate smooth customer onboarding and operational introduction of Net
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with customers through
competence and professionalism.
- Enhance your own skills by engaging in customer projects, professional
services, and support offering development.
- The team offer 24/7 global support, including on-call support outside
business hours as needed.
Telephony Experience: A solid background in telephony, whether at the
operator or provider level.
IT and Cloud Experience: A robust IT background, especially with
experience in cloud technologies.
Cloud-Based Architectures: Proficiency in cloud-based architectures,
including an understanding of microservices and containerization.
Resource Management Frameworks: Experience with Kubernetes or
Listening & Communication: The capability to comprehend and clearly
respond to inquiries. The role involves interaction with a diverse, global
clientele, including individuals with varying levels of English proficiency,
necessitating patience and understanding.
Adaptability: The ability to manage a fast-paced work environment and
remain composed in potentially stressful situations is essential.
