About your role

As a Hardware Design Engineer, you will design advanced electronic circuit boards for a range of networking products based on the latest FPGA technologies. You will play a key role in the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to production and maintenance, ensuring our product portfolio stays innovative and market-leading.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and design advanced electronic circuit boards with signaling rates up to 400 Gbit/s. Typical designs include high-performance FPGA devices, DC-DC converters, embedded computer modules, high-speed memories, and optical modules.
• Participate in the complete process of releasing new products and maintaining the existing portfolio to ensure quality and manufacturability.
• Collaborate closely within a small, focused team and interact with cross-functional teams including Software, Firmware, Applications, Mechanical, Layout, and Test developers.

You will be part of a team of eight skilled professionals who are passionate about developing innovative FPGA and optical solutions. You'll work with the latest technologies, be involved in the entire product journey from concept to delivery, and collaborate in a creative, team-oriented environment that values innovation and growth.

Your Profile

We believe you'll fit right in if you consider yourself to be focused on achieving team success, has a structured way of thinking with strong prioritization skills. You approaches challenges with a humble and non-prestigious attitude and have a willingness to learn and continuously improve.

Skills and experience:

• 10+ years of experience as a Hardware Design Engineer.
• BSc or MSc degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience designing with FPGA devices.
• Proven experience designing products in the telecommunications sector.

Bonus skills:

• Experience with RF design.
• Expertise in designing with optical modules.
• Experience designing products manufactured in high volumes.
• Proficiency with Cadence HDL schematic system.
• Experience with PDM systems and component selection
