We are now seeking a Sales Director, North America to accelerate the growth of our Synchronization business across the region. ABOUT THE ROLE
As Sales Director, North America, you will drive new business and market adoption of Net Insight’s Synchronization solutions, with a clear focus on winning new customers. You’ll build and deepen relationships with leading telecom operators and government entities, acting as both a strategic partner and a trusted technical advisor.
Your ability to open doors at senior executive and engineering levels will be key to driving adoption of Zyntai across 5G and beyond. Working closely with colleagues in our global sales team and headquarters in Stockholm, you will help position Net Insight as the synchronization partner of choice.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business by identifying, approaching, and closing opportunities with telecom operators and other target industries.
- Position and present Net Insight’s Synchronization solutions, articulating clear value and differentiation.
- Build and expand relationships with senior decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
- Discover customer requirements by analyzing network architectures, rollout plans, business models, and budgets.
- Identify pain points, growth opportunities, and competitive alternatives.
- Establish credibility through benchmarking insights and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with global sales and technical teams to ensure successful engagements.
- Travel across North America to meet with customers and prospects.
YOUR PROFILE
You are a self-driven sales leader with a strong track record in the North American telecom industry. You combine business development skills with technical credibility and thrive in a fast-moving, international environment.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of 5G and mobile networks in North America (focus on the US); knowledge of synchronization is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or business development within the telecom sector.
- Strong, established relationships with major US mobile operators — with access at both executive and engineering levels.
- Proven ability to develop account strategies and win strategic deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Communications Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of IP networking is an advantage.
- US citizenship required.
