ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Net Insight, you will play a key role in ensuring that our cloud-native, Kubernetes-based platforms are reliable, scalable, and secure.

You will work closely with customers, developers, and solution architects, combining principles from both business and technology.

In this role, you’ll act as a vital bridge between our customers' complex OpenShift/K8s environments and our internal R&D. Beyond designing and deploying solutions, you will have the unique opportunity to work embedded within our engineering teams, directly contributing to the codebase and helping shape the future of the product itself. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate containerized applications in Kubernetes / OpenShift

• Ensure high availability, performance, and security in platform deployments

• Become the driver of deep dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis

• Lead prototyping and experimentations

• Collaborate with customers teams on high-level designs

• Create technical documentation

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for an engineer who is passionate about reliable and secure cloud-native systems. You are collaborative, proactive, and motivated by building scalable, automated solutions that create real customer value.

We believe you have

• In-depth experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift, including other cloud-native technologies.

• Strong Linux skills

• Ability to troubleshoot systems in a structured way.

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience in software engineering best practices
  
  

It’s nice if you have

• Experience with automation, IaC, or CI/CD

• Scripting or programming experience

• Experience in customer-facing roles

• Background in deploying large-scale and distributed systems
